Guitar classes at active canvas:

The instructor will guide you through the different concepts of music with emphasis on Western notations and interpretations. You will learn about the different types of guitars and how to hold and play the instrument. You can also expect to learn how to play specific songs (based on the instructor’s discretion).

Students need to bring their own guitar and a notebook.

Classes for adults (15 years +)
Days: Thursdays & Saturdays
Time : 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Classes for children (10 to 15 years)
Days: Thursdays & Saturdays
Time: 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Instructor: Savio Noronha

Savio Noronha is an award-winning singer with several years of experience playing the guitar. He is the music director and composer for a short film 'Phases of Life' shown in the Florence Film Festival, Italy.

Fee details:

Course Fee: Rs.1800/- + 10.3 % service tax for 12 classes
Material fee : Rs.200 for Notes
Registration fee : Rs.500/- (Adults - 15 years & above), Rs.250/- (for children - 10 to 14 years). This is a one time fee applicable only to students enrolling for the first time at active canvas.

Course Type:
- Ongoing class. Join any time of the year.
- Students have to enroll for a minimum of 12 classes. You could continue attending the classes through out the year by paying for 12 classes at a time.
- Classes missed by students cannot be made up.
- Please note that validity will not be extended.
